This honey has become a staple very quickly in my kitchen at home. It is AMAZING on chicken sandwiches (a personal favorite with some pickles and fried chicken), delicious on burgers, a great dipping sauce for everything from fries to pizza rolls (don’t judge – it’s bomb.) It’s spicy, but the sweetness of the local honey makes it easy to go down if you can’t handle the heat. I even put it on a frozen pizza, and it was the best (it’s even good in homemade sloppy joes…. it has no faults. I have now driven my fiance mad on how I design our weekly menus – we have hot honey every single night, and if I’m making dinner – it’s in there. DEFINITELY recommend, and I’m not even a fan of honey in general.
